ServiceQC is a new blog highlighting tools, tips and techniques that enable business owners and service providers to improve customer satisfaction.

The "QC" is short for Quality Control, a concept that is well-known in manufacturing and process-oriented businesses and stresses identifying variances and statistical outliers in order to drive operational improvements. 

Business owners and managers know that if "you can't measure it, you can't improve it" but collecting data on customer satisfaction can be tedious, costly and sometimes nearly impossible.

But that's where we come in. I will highlight items that make this job a bit easier and more effective. There will also be some interviews of people who get, coverage of key (yet simple) metrics and other things of value as they come along.
